1. Humans, 2015-2018

The series is set in the near future. Technology has advanced and humanity is using synths. These are androids that look very much like humans. But there is one important difference – they do not experience emotions. Therefore, synths are used as housekeepers.

One day after school, Maddie receives strange messages on her laptop and discovers that the messages are from her long-dead father, David.
