Dwayne Johnson's Disney projects are in jeopardy.

Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock became famous for his roles in such blockbusters as The Scorpion King, The Mummy Returns, The Fast and the Furious and dozens of other successful movies and series.

Until recently, the actor and wrestler had a sterling reputation – it was hard to find a person who would speak ill of The Rock. However, the recent lawsuit against him shocked everyone.

Dwayne Johnson and a number of other celebrities (Michael Jordan is also on the list) have been sued for trying to stage a conspiracy to kidnap.

The lawsuit was filed in October 2022 by Trenesha Biggers, also known as Rhaka Khan, a former WWE employee.

For some time the situation was relatively calm, but in February 2023 the green light was given and now the investigation is moving forward.

The court may literally leave one of the most successful actors of our time penniless, as the accuser is asking for $3 billion.

Trenesha Biggers alleges that Dwayne Johnson was the mastermind behind the plot to kidnap her and her children, and also accuses the actor of running a criminal enterprise.

Apparently, the lawsuit is starting to directly affect The Rock's career. It was previously reported that Johnson was allegedly removed from the new Pirates of the Caribbean project, where he was set to replace Johnny Depp, who refused to return to his iconic role after defeating Amber Heard in court.

Now, according to several sources, Disney is pulling Johnson out of other future projects as well. However, it should be noted that the studio itself has yet to make an official announcement.

One of the most successful and popular Disney projects with Dwayne Johnson was Moana, where the actor voiced Maui.

The animation grossed $643 million, and due to its success, the decision was made to make the live-action adaptation. Johnson was set to play Maui, just like in the animation.

Now, however, the project seems to be in jeopardy.
