It looks like Kevin Feige is preparing something very surprising for the MCU fans this fall.

It was announced some time ago that Blade, played by Mahershala Ali, would get his own feature film, but aside from a brief teaser in the post-credits scene of 'Eternals', Marvel Studios has remained remarkably silent on the future of the fan favorite character. His solo film was announced as part of the ongoing Phase 4, and many fans assumed that Blade would be introduced properly in 'Moon Knight ', which, of course, did not happen.

Now, thanks to an insider on 4chan, fans finally know some details about Blade's possible appearance. According to rumors, the vampire killer will be unveiled in the upcoming and yet-to-be-announced 'Werewolf By Night ' special starring Gael Garcia Bernal as the titular lycanthrope. 4chan user apparently got his hands on the script, which suggests that Blade will appear either in the finale of the special or in a post-credits scene, urging Jack Russell, aka The Werewolf, to join him as a member of the Midnight Suns.

Of course, rumors should be taken with a grain of salt, but fans are already discussing the scoop, developing theories and exchanging ideas.

Some are even disappointed beforehand, claiming that such an important character should have its own original introduction, not a trite appearance in a post-credit scene.

'Werewolf By Night' is rumored to premiere on Halloween 2022.
