Kit Harington spoke about reprising the roles of Jon Snow and Black Knight and provided an opinion on House of the Dragon.

In the interview with The Hollywood Reporter dedicated to the premiere of his new movie Blood for Dust where the actor plays a ruthless arms dealer, Kit Harington discussed his future plans with the Game of Thrones franchise and the MCU, and highly praised the prequel to the HBO hit series.

The actor admitted that with all the acting work and challenges of fatherhood, he didn't have a chance to finish the first season of House of the Dragon in its entirety yet, but assured that he would definitely catch up because he was enjoying the show a lot so far.

"It's great. They've done a brilliant job with it. I'm really impressed with that show and how they've continued it," the actor said.

Harington added that he was trying to avoid any spoilers, which can be challenging considering the first season wrapped up last month, and the show has become a fan-favorite hit and is being widely discussed on the Internet. When asked about a potential Jon Snow spinoff series many Game of Thrones fans are looking forward to, the actor replied in a manner only Jon Snow could.

"I know nothing about that. I'm sorry," Harington said.

While the actor keeps his mouth shut about the Snow spinoff, Game of Thrones's Emilia Clarke and George R.R. Martin both confirmed that the show is in the early stages of development and could happen. More than that, to the surprise of many fans, Clarke said that the idea of the spinoff came from Harington himself.

Though HBO has not officially committed to filming the Snow show, the success of House of the Dragon might tip the scales in favor of creating more Game of Thrones spinoffs, including the one in question.

Harington definitely doesn't exclude the possibility of him returning to the Game of Thrones universe and the Marvel Cinematic universe he joined last year as Dane Whitman aka Black Knight in Eternals. Though the actor said that he had no idea if the audience would see Black Knight again, the MCU fans believe that Marvel Studios wouldn't cast such a big actor to just play a boyfriend in one movie.
