This one has all the makings of a Marvel fandom's newest favorite.

Warning: the following article contains spoilers for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever

Namor is the ruler of Talocan in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, and he inadvertently becomes the villain of the movie as he and wakandans clash over Riri Williams' device that helps find vibranium in the ocean.

After failing to persuade Wakanda to kill Riri, Namor basically left no other option but war. However, it looks like few people rush to judge him, as his point felt kind of... valid?

Wakanda Forever Has Some Surprising Cameos: Here's The Complete List

Many fans argue that Namor was "absolutely right and he had valid reasons to do what he did." According to them, the Talocan ruler was just as reasonable as Killmonger or Magneto.

One person said that Namor's speeches were so good they started rooting for him to win.

"I'm black and we all watched the same movie and just like the first movie the villain was in the right for everything he did," Twitter user Williamdarkman said.

Even those who were not ready to immediately side with Namor praised him as a character. "The MCU nailed Namor's representation. He is not just your typical hero, he is an anti-hero who does any means to accomplish what he thinks is right. He was terrifying and imposing everytime he is onscreen," Twitter user AeronYsrael suggested.

Benedict Cumberbatch Gets Real About the MCU's Biggest Problem

People are eager to see more of Namor in future MCU projects — a hope that is not too pointless given that the characters does not seem to be done with the MCU.

"No way are we done with him, he is the best frenemy of every Marvel team. Need a character to fill the "He's an a**hole, but he's completely right" niche? Better call Namor," Redditor Singer211 admitted.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever hit theaters on November 11.
