‘Wednesday’ Star Teases More Enid/Ajax Drama in Season 2 Part 2: “It Does Get Complicated”

Things will be definitely swirling in Wednesday’s upcoming new episodes, and there’s more trouble to come for Enid, who will have to face consequences after turning two of her love interests into fiercest rivals.

Wednesday gives a shocking update on Enid’s relationships with Ajax when it’s revealed that, well, she’s no longer into him after having wolved out and met some new fellow werewolves, including her new love interest Bruno.

So far, the tension between all three hasn’t yet went into a complete mess, but it’s surely about to, according to Bruno’s actor Noah B. Taylor.

However, Wednesday’s fans already know who they will be rooting for in this battle.

Even though Ajax has already repeatedly called Enid out for treating him weird and kinda cheating on him since they never had a proper talk about their relationships, it seems like the former hasn’t yet reached his boiling point.

As Taylor has recently revealed in an interview with Parade, Ajax and Bruno will cross each other’s paths again in this season’s second part, and this time things will become way more serious.

“I can’t get into specifics, but I will say that it does get complicated. It gets even more complex, and there are a lot of unexpected twists and turns that were a lot of fun to play. And I’m excited for people to see where things go”, the actor said, talking about the dynamics that his and Georgie Farmer’s characters will have in the next episodes.

‘Wednesday’ Fans Think Even Xavier Was Better Than Bruno

Just like Lin-Manuel Miranda’s 2021 movie Encanto, Wednesday’s fans have their own “We don’t talk about Bruno” version — and they seem to be confident about wanting the character out once and forever.

As many suggested, Bruno’s presence in the show has zero meaning, which is added up by the fact that he’s simply boring — this, however, would also be a temporary distraction from him being an actual villain.

“He is so boring and he could be entirely removed from the season and we would miss nothing. Congratulations Xavier, you are no longer the most boring love interest in the show”, Redditor AnyIndustry3191 complained in a thread.

“He has to be a twist villain, there's no other reason for him to be there. He has no personality. He conviently has the exact same trauma as Enid? Sure buddy pack it up”, raylalayla suggested.

“To make it worse they’ve used him to make enid a b*tch and to destroy Ajax-the two most unhateable characters in any show I’ve ever watched in s1”, another user added.

Meanwhile, Wednesday’s season 2 volume 1 is being released on Netflix on September 3.
