Just like Captain Marvel is an undisputable idol for Kamala Khan, Marvel's one and only Kevin Feige seems to be some kind of a deity to the actress behind the role, Iman Vellani.

Young 'Ms. Marvel' star Iman Vellani gave Kevin Feige "nothing" when he first approached her and tried to start a conversation on set – that's how starstruck she was.

Feige, Vellani revealed to Esquire Middle East, is her third most favorite celebrity in the world, after Robert Downey Jr and Billy Joel (which is an understandable choice, let's give her that).

"In our first week of filming, they told me, 'he's going come on Wednesday '. And it's Monday. And I'm sleeping in my chair or something. And then someone walks up to us. And she's like, 'so there's someone here to meet you'. And I, look down, up. And it's just Kevin's eyes because he was wearing a mask, and I froze completely," the young actress recalled.

Vellani said she felt really bad for not managing to utter a single word, but she later gave Feige a letter filled with her "being in love with him" and asking "questions [she] had about his life, the MCU, what time he wakes up, when he eats for breakfast."

And being a great boss that he is, Feige reached out to her later to answer every single one.

"I cannot tell you any of his answers, but some of them were really dumb," Vellani teased.

She said that Feige seems to love the fact that she is such a fan of Marvel.

"Because when I visited his office, he said, 'God, it's so nice to show people stuff who actually care!' Like, yeah, tell me more, Kevin," the actress shared.

The amount of joy Vellani has for her first ever acting gig at Marvel seems to really accord with that of a certain girl from New Jersey who got some "cosmic" powers just like idol, Captain Marvel, doesn't it?

We'll get to check out Vellani's Kamala Khan when 'Ms. Marvel' hits Disney Plus on June 8.
