'The Boys': Can Starlight Fly?
Homelander is the only known superhero capable of flying. Or is he?

With 'The Boys' finale being as much of a rollercoaster as it was, it seems that there is another flying superhero in town, and it's… Starlight.
During the final stand-off between the Boys, Soldier Boy and Homelander, Annie appears to enjoy her moment of glory. At some point in the showdown, Starlight and Soldier Boy end up in a tete-a-tete. When Hughie sees it, his first move is to take a shot of V and rush to help, but then he decides that his girlfriend is strong enough to handle things on her own.
His next decision is way better: knowing that Annie feeds her powers on electricity, he increases the power in the building so that she has plenty of energy to fuel her next attack. And it works just way too well.
With her eyes shining dangerously at Soldier Boy, Starlight suddenly starts to levitate. Before unleashing a full blast at Jensen Ackles ' character, Annie flies for solid several seconds but then collapses on the ground.
If this indeed means a new power limit for Starlight, then it might be a game-changer for the next season, given that the ability to fly was one of Homelander's signature powers that defined his domination and distinguished him from other heroes. Now, Butcher has laser eyes, and Starlight feels as comfortable in the air as he does. So Homelander might want to come up with something new and impressive if he wants to continue his reign over America.
