What's the secret to a successful TV finale? Just kill off all your characters!

There is one way for Yellowstone to bring back its old fire... to kill everybody.

With Yellowstone fans still outraged and frustrated with the direction that season 5 of their favorite show took, they are already planning the series finale — the only episode they seem to care about as of now.

Yellowstone Fans Are All Having The Exact Same Reaction To Mid-Season Finale

According to fans estimations, Yellowstone is set to conclude after one more season (in case Paramount doesn't decide to pull the plug earlier in the wake of fan criticism). And the predictions for the series finale are quite blood-thirsty.

For instance, Redditor CochranVanRamstein says both John and Jamie Dutton will end up dead or in prison, while Beth and Rip are doomed to death exclusively. The only person set to win in this scenario will be Kayce Dutton who, according to the Redditor, will end up taking over the entire ranch.

Basically, the fandom appears to agree with such a scenario, even though they note that many people would be "pissed" if so many main cast members get killed off. Some people argue that Beth might survive against all odds.

"Each of the [spinoff] series, 1883 & 1923, have had a strong senior matriarch raising the heirs. Following this scenario, then Beth is left alive raising Carter and Tate. It's up in the air if Rip would still be around," Redditor villagemom1 noted.

Still, no matter how much fans want Yellowstone to end in an ugly way, there is still no official information from Paramount as to when the original show is set to hold the horses. Currently, the show is set to return in summer 2023, without a clear premiere date for episode 9 scheduled yet.
