Chainsaw Man is more than just a horror-action title with demons and hunters. It is a complex hierarchy of power where a character's level of threat is determined by more than just physical strength, but by the nature of the fear they embody.

Beam, the Shark Fiend, is a member of the Tokyo Special Division 4. He can transform his head into that of a shark with multiple eyes and pass through solid surfaces as if they were water.

A contract with the Curse Devil enables Aki to attack with a sword that resembles a nail. The Future Devil gives Aki the ability to see several seconds into the future, allowing him to predict the enemy's attacks.

This stern and emotionless man inspires fear with both his appearance and his behavior, which is filled with cold-bloodedness and cruelty.
Kishibe is the head of the Tokyo Special Division 4 and loves killing monsters. He trained Power and Denji, preparing them for future battles.
Kishibe has easily defeated both demons many times using only his mind and fists. He considers himself the strongest demon hunter – he deftly wields knives and has made a contract with three dangerous demons.

Like the main character of the anime Denji, Katana Man can transform his limbs and head into powerful blades.
Katana Man first appeared in the seventh episode of the anime, where he fought Aki. Despite Aki's numerous attacks piercing Katana Man's body, the demon stood firm and emerged victorious from the battle.
Katana Man is stronger than many other Chainsaw Man characters, but he still cannot compare with the main character. Katana Man was defeated during the final fight when he was struck down by Denji's chainsaw.

1. Denji
Denji is the strongest character, given his ability to transform his limbs and head into chainsaws, as well as his durability and survivability.
He gained these powers after Pochita gave his heart to him. After meeting Makima, Denji became a demon hunter and set out to find the Gun Devil.
In combat, Denji primarily uses chainsaws, but he also has excellent hand-to-hand combat skills. Pochita's heart increased Denji's strength, endurance, and speed.
