Their Thunderbirds follow International Rescue, a 2060s organization equipped with high technology for the sake of rescuing people.

When talking about mid-20th century horror series, the cult anthology The Twilight Zone immediately comes to mind. But beyond that, Dark Shadows stands out, a soap opera in the gothic horror vein of The Addams Family. Vampires and werewolves, ghosts and witches, drama and the horrors of incomprehensible cosmos. And it's all set in a 60's aesthetic!

6. The Lost Room (2006, 1 season)

IMDb rating: 8.1/10
