From a technical standpoint, the new episodes are impeccable. The urban architecture, glass facades, neon lights, and dense buildings create a sense of confinement and oppression – a welcome contrast to the open, natural landscapes of previous seasons.
However, the visual and musical elements do little to offset the feeling of protractedness. It's as if the creators are afraid to trust the viewer, elaborating excessively on what had previously remained behind the scenes. Consequently, the philosophical reflections don't always strike a balance with the action.
