5 Best ‘Bob’s Burgers’ Seasons to Rewatch Before S16 Arrives

Although Bob’s Burgers isn’t defined by seasons and you can watch all the episodes in almost any order, some seasons still turned out better than others in some ways.
With season 16 of Bob's Burgers set to premiere on September 28 this year, there's no better time to revisit the show's most beloved chapters. Based on how much I loved the included episodes, here’s the list of the best seasons to start your binge before the new chapter arrives on Fox.
1. Season 5 (2014-2015)
Talking statistically, there’s no low-rated episode in season 5, so that’s one reason it tops the list. There were many great episodes that year, including “The Gayle Tales”, “Itty Bitty Ditty Committee”, and “The Oeder Games”.
There's also “Dawn of the Peck”, which is one of the best Thanksgiving-themes episodes ever created, that’s for sure. Seeing Bob boycotting his favorite holiday is a must. And “Work Hard or Die Trying, Girl” is my favorite musical episode as well.
2. Season 2 (2012)
While season 2 is the shortest in the series, it didn’t affect the quality in any way. And although it was still mainly the experimenting episodes with no confident foundation (back when Tammy wasn’t blonde), the season still brought us gems like “Dr. Yap” and “Beefsquatch”. But my favorite episode is still “Synchronized Swimming”.
3. Season 3 (2012-2013)
“Broadcast Wagstaff School News” is one of the best episodes ever, and it’s also the highest rated one of season 3. The episode follows Tina becoming a journalist and conducting her own successful investigation into the school-pooper.
And of course seeing Louise having her first crush in “Boyz 4 Now” is something no one was even dreaming about, still season 3 makes her lose her mind and be obsessed about Boo Boo.
4. Season 6 (2015)
One of the best episodes of the series is definitely “The Hauntening”, in which the Belcher parents with the help of their friends create a super scary story in order to help Louise finally feel threatened on Halloween.
5. Season 7 (2016-2017)
Season 7 has many of my beloved episodes, like “The Last Gingerbread House on the Left” and “Aquaticism / Ain't Miss Debatin”. But the winner of the season is “Bob Actually”, starting from the title and finishing with all the many amazing storylines, including hip-hop Bob, that are included.
