Who said the spooks are only for Halloween?

There is nothing more intriguing and captivating than the supernatural. From angels and demons to ghosts from the past, there are too many creatures to ignore. Especially when there's still so much paranormal activity going on around us with absolutely no explanation.

If you are a firm believer that there is something (or even someone) that the human eye cannot see, or you just like to imagine the world more layered than it already is, here are 5 K-dramas to explore the world of the supernatural.

Angel's Last Mission: Love (2019)

It's absolutely devastating to lose the ability to do what you love, and it's an even worse fate to be left alone forever. But this is the future Yeon-seo faces after being blinded. Bitter and angry, she becomes a task for the carefree angel Dan. He must find her someone to love in order to return to heaven.

Bring it on, Ghost (2016)

If you liked Ghostbusters, you will definitely enjoy this K-drama, because that is exactly what Bong-pal, the main character, is. He beats up ghosts for a quick buck in order to save enough money to undergo the procedure and not see them anymore. But after he meets the wandering ghost of Hyun-ji he has to rethink his methods.

The Master’s Sun (2013)

While some may find the ability to see ghosts fun, this drama shows how torturous this experience can be for one's mental health. However, Gong-shil finds her lucky ticket out of this torment with Joong-won, as all ghosts disappear when they are touched. Too bad that he doesn't really want to be there.

Sell Your Haunted House (2021)

This drama would be a perfect choice for anyone who prefers mysteries, thrillers, and horror to romance. If you like the spooky side of the supernatural and want to be on the edge of your seat while watching, give Sell Your Haunted House a chance and dive into the adventure of an exorcist real estate agent.

Delivery Man (2023)

On the opposite end of the spectrum from Sell Your Haunted House is Delivery Man, a more light-hearted and humorous show about a taxi driver who discovers that one of his passengers is a ghost. Together, they must figure out why she ended up in his cab, while exploring the spiritual world and even finding a way to make money from it.
