In episode 13 of season 2 Jay plays a prank on Gloria by writing an offensive email addressed to Claire. Gloria accidentally sends the written email as she takes the laptop away from Jay.
She says: "Why the whoosh?" as she realizes that it was sent. "It's sended! Make a comeback!" What a hilarious scene.
Gloria can scream too
In season 3, episode 4 Gloria leaves the gate open and Jay's dog gets lost. As Gloria tries to solve the problem, she finds a little girl with a similar-looking dog. The girl starts screaming while Gloria and Cam are trying to steal her dog.
Gloria didn't hesitate to do the same as she says "The little girl thinks because she can scream she can get away with everything? I can scream too" and she actually starts screaming.
Gloria takes offense
In season 2, episode 5 Jay finds out that Gloria stole the dog and lectures her that this is against the law. At the very moment Jay says "Maybe in Colombia," Gloria interrupts him, saying "Do you know how offensive that is? Like we're Peruvians!"

The dog towel
In season 3, episode 13 Gloria jumps in the pool to save the god. When Jay and Manny notice her, Jay asks Manny to bring a towel for her. However, by "her" he referred to the dog. As he proceeds to dry the dog with the towel, he realizes by Gloria's reaction that he should have given the towel to her first.
While Jay gives the same towel to Gloria, she says: "Thank you… The dog towel for me. For the wife!"
Gloria is the second wife
In episode 14 of season 2, Jay prepared for Gloria a private dinner in the house. However, Gloria figured it out and moved the dinner to the garage.
To make Jay go with her to the garage, she starts being overly dramatic, and then hits Jay with her iconic "I am the second wife Jay, why do you treat me like I'm the first?"
