A rom-com with Anyone But You star Glen Powell. Harper works hard for her boss, sportswriter Kirsten. One day she meets Charlie, who works for banker Rick, also suffering from workaholism. The exhausted assistants decide to get their bosses together so they can take care of their personal lives and the subordinates can finally take a breather.

Claire Scanlon, the director of some episodes of Brooklyn Nine-Nine and The Good Place, has made a movie that laughs at both love affairs and office morals, and at the same time is one of the best representatives of the rom-com genre in recent years.

2. Your Place or Mine, 2023

Time flies, the two friends manage to fulfill their dreams and think about what they really want from life, but Peter realizes that he is in love with his best friend.

Sasha and Marcus have been friends since they were kids. Their families are Asian immigrants, but while Marcus has loving parents at home, Sasha's parents are not particularly supportive. This rom-com tells the story of Julie, who decides to go on vacation to Verona after a very unpleasant breakup with her boyfriend. When she arrives, she discovers that the villa she booked is already occupied, which means that she will have to share the living space with the cynical British Charlie.

Kat Graham, known to most viewers for her role as Bonnie in The Vampire Diaries, and Tom Hopper, who looks a lot like Glen Powell from a distance, play the lead roles.

5. Meet Cute, 2022

In the timeless classic Groundhog Day, Bill Murray lived the same day against his will. But the main character of Meet Cute, Sheila, keeps going back in time of her own free will. So it is better to live one day at a time, literally.

The rom-com is worth watching just for the cast – Pete Davidson finds himself in a sci-fi story involving a time machine and the risky Kaley Cuoco, who decides to break all the laws of the space-time continuum to please him.
