Anne Hathaway’s co-star has a lot to offer you!

The new romantic comedy, following a love story between the single mother and the band’s frontman, has recently blown up Prime Video ’s global chart. It introduced the world to the new movie crush, the young star Nicholas Galitzine, who has already managed to take part in a number of worth-watching movies, available on Prime.

Here are 5 movies of the promising actor, rated 75% or more on Rotten Tomatoes.

  1. Handsome Devil (2016)

First comes Andrew Scott ’s coming-of-age dramedy, where Galitzine convincingly played a rugby prodigy and a student of an elite Irish boarding school, who struggles to realize his sexual orientation and gets bullied by all around him. The only exception is Scott’s teacher, who helps him to find himself and to solve his inner conflicts.

  1. High Strung (2016)

There is another worth-watching drama in the actor’s portfolio. It follows the aftermath of a chance encounter of a young ballerina (played by Keenan Kampa) and an edgy violinist (Galitzine) in the underground.

As typical of the genre, they fall in love with each other despite all differences and gaps between them, however, it becomes an obstacle on their way to an extremely important musical competition.

  1. Share (2019)

Next feature is a lesser-known one, but it also contains one of the best performances of the star of The Idea of You. This underrated drama centers on a 16-year-old girl (Rhianne Barreto), who learns about a video of her that has gone viral and of that she has no recollection at all.

Although Galitzine’s appearance here is quite small, but his performance clearly adds to the movie’s suspenseful and deep dramatical nature.

  1. Red, White & Royal Blue (2023)

Prime Video’s original feature presents Galitzine playing Britain’s Prince Henry, who is forced into a fake friendship with the son of the US President Alex (Taylor Zakhar Perez), whom he can’t stand. However, while playing friends, they eventually fall for each other, and that poses a big problem for the boys and for their influential families.

  1. Bottoms (2023)

Finally, there is last year’s banger comedy that received an enormous amount of hype on the Internet. Starring the notorious duo of Rachel Sennott and Ayo Edebiri, it follows two high school students who set up a fight club with the hope to get the girls participating in it.

Galitzine here shines in a remarkable role of the school’s most desired boy, the successful, yet hilarious quarterback Jeff.
