If you missed (or avoided) these shows, you may want to reconsider that life choice.

These K-dramas seem to have flown under the radar a bit. But they're all top shows that are worth your time and might surprise you with how good they are.

1. Delivery Man

IMDb score: 69%

1 season, 12 episodes

Watch on: Viki, Apple TV +

A comedy about a taxi driver who falls in love with a ghost.

Seo Young-min never wanted to be a taxi driver. But after his mother died and left him her taxi, it was his only real option to make a living. One day he picks up Kang Ji-hyun, a ghost who has no idea how she died because she lost her memory.

The two hit it off and come up with a unique idea – a taxi service just for ghosts! Can it really happen, will their friendship turn into something more, and is it even possible for a living man and a (sort of) dead girl to fall in love?

2. The Matchmakers

IMDb score: 75%

1 season, 16 episodes

Watch on: Netflix, Viki, Plex

Set in Korea's last dynasty, Joseon, this show follows two widows (one male and one female) who join forces to match single men and women.

It's a comedy-drama that explores the society of the time and isn't afraid to shed light on some of the issues – especially for women. There are enough comedic moments to keep the show light-hearted without losing its poignancy.

3. Like Flowers in the Sand

IMDb score: 75%

1 season, 12 episodes

Watch on: Netflix

This is a show for anyone who loves a good romance.

Kim Baek-doo is a ssireum (Korean wrestling) player who plans to retire, feeling that he's past his prime. When the team is about to be disbanded, his childhood friend Oh Yoo-kyung takes over the management.

Others join in to save the team. And it looks like romance might blossom as well.

4. True to Love (aka Bo Ra! Deborah)

IMDb score: 76%

1 season, 14 episodes

Watch now: Prime

This show goes by two names, but on Prime (currently the only place you can watch it) it's called True to Love.

It's a comedy-drama that follows the relationship between Yon Bo-ra, a dating influencer and romance writer who goes by the pen name Deborah, and publishing planner Lee Soo-hyuk.

While the two don't see eye to eye at first, their relationship grows as they work more closely together. Add in the fact that Bo-ra finds out that her boyfriend is cheating on her, and you have the perfect cocktail of romance and drama.

It's a show that explores all aspects of relationships in a lighthearted but sincere way.

5. Love to Hate You

IMDb score: 78%

1 season, 10 episodes

Watch on: Netflix

Yeo Mi-ran is a lawyer and feminist who has no time for men. Well, she likes to sleep with them, but she has no other interest in spending time with them. She's also a martial arts specialist who seems to enjoy bringing justice to men who have wronged women.

When she starts a new job at a male-dominated law firm that helps wealthy celebrities deal with scandals, she meets Nam Kang-ho. He is a star of romantic movies who is actually a total misogynist.

Of course they don't get along. Then they are forced to go on a date together.

It sounds a lot more cheesy than it really is and is made into a good show by top-notch acting and on-screen chemistry.

6. Tell Me That You Love Me

IMDb score: 84%

1 season, 16 episodes
