The Wednesday Addams series is yet to hit Netflix, but there is already a pairing everyone is craving to see.

"Romantic" is probably the last word that comes to mind when you think of Wednesday Addams, but fans of the upcoming Netflix series about the Addams enfant terrible believe there is a certain someone who will melt Wednesday's heart.

That someone is Enid Sinclaire – a werewolf student at Nevermore Academy who will be Wednesday's roommate.

The two look like opposites: while Wednesday barely changes her facial expressions and sticks to a black and white aesthetic, Enid is a splash of color and emotion. Fans immediately thought they were made for each other.

The fact that the show has yet to premiere is not stopping Wenclair's followers, who have already found plenty of clues in the promotional materials.

First of all, the way Wednesday immediately went on the defensive after meeting Enid for the first time.

In one of the teasers, she told Enid that "the following emojis come to mind" when she thinks of her (see, she's already thinking of her...): "rope, shovel, hole." Not very romantic, you might think? Just a special Wednesday way to show affection, fans argue.

In the most recent outtake from the show, when Enid introduces Wednesday to the "social arena" of Nevermore and quickly spills the tea for her, Wednesday barely reacts, but still listens attentively. Enid, in turn, is full of feelings and her face changes every second as she seems to be keen on helping Wednesday to fit in.

Another teaser showed a brief glimpse of a school rowing competition, with Wednesday wearing an all-black (of course) tracksuit, and Enid, while wearing a similar outfit, sporting some sharpie whiskers and cat ears. When she asks Wednesday where her whiskers are, her answer is "Ask again and you'll be down to eight lives" – something that brings nothing but pure joy to Enid.

The duo also shares many scenes in their room, where the difference between their color palettes is as striking as possible. The two seem to be opposites that not only attract but also complement each other perfectly.

We also see them standing on a balcony looking at the moon together (are they already shipping them at this point? Yeah, understandable), and Wednesday might even play a little violin for Enid.

Fans are so excited about the pairing (even if it is not officially canon) after so much content in the promotional material that some people are already threatening to riot if the show does not live up to expectations. However, early reviews have already indicated that Wednesday and Enid are unlikely to be romantically involved with each other – at least in the first season.

But who knows, right?

Wednesday premieres on Netflix tomorrow, November 23rd.
