A quick lunch or dinner option that won’t do any harm to your figure.

It’s likely at least once you’ve caught yourself wishing all the most delicious meals out there could have a diet version that won’t ruin all your efforts at the gym. Well, in some cases this dream did become reality, with someone coming up with a healthy rice taco recipe that keeps going viral.

The dish is extremely easy to make and tastes like the classic taco even with low-calorie ingredients, so don’t miss an opportunity to have a healthy and protein-rich meal that fits your healthy lifestyle.

Here’s what you need: 2 cups (300 g) of steamed rice, 80 g of light mozzarella, 125 g of light cream cheese, 1 cucumber, 1 avocado, 200 g of smoked salmon, 1 g of salt, 10 g of white sesame seeds, 40 ml of soy sauce.

Cook the rice beforehand, mix it with mozzarella, shape it into patties, place them on a baking sheet, and bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes. While the patties are baking, slice the cucumber and avocado, mix them with cream cheese, add pieces of smoked salmon, and season lightly with salt.

Remove the cooked rice bases from the oven, spread the filling on top, fold them neatly in half, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and drizzle with soy sauce.
