Your favorite chocolate bar in XXL size.

If you love the combination of chocolate and nuts, it’s likely you’re a frequent buyer of Snickers, the famous chocolate bar that’s been there for ages and still hasn’t lost any of its popularity.

Some even tried to make it as a dessert at home, but the variety of recipes also includes a pancake roll that will give you the same old Snickers taste that you love so much. This sweet treat is extremely easy to make, though what you’ll get is an impressive dessert that will look like it’s just arrived from a good bakery.

Ingredients: 200 ml of milk, 70 g of flour, 15 g of cocoa, 1 egg, 30 g of sugar, 1 tbsp of vegetable oil, 250 g of cottage cheese, 60–100 g of sweetened condensed milk, 2–3 tablespoons of ready-made caramel (like Heinz), 150 g of chocolate, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 30–50 g of peanuts.

Beat the egg with the milk, add the flour, cocoa, sugar, and butter, mix until smooth, and bake thin pancakes.

Beat the cottage cheese until creamy, then mix in the condensed milk and caramel. Arrange the pancakes in overlapping layers, spread the cream on top, fold in the edges, and roll into a tight log; place in the fridge.

Melt the chocolate with the butter, add the nuts, and coat the log; let it set for a while, and then it’s ready to be served.
