Boost Your Morning: This Simple Chia Seed Pudding Will Keep You Full Until Lunch

All you need is two essential ingredients, the rest is your own choice.

Some recipes become culinary classics, but others keep going viral years after being first introduced to a larger public. One of the best examples for the latter is chia seed pudding which is often associated with healthy lifestyle and a great option for breakfast.

Another advantage is that you can fill your pudding with whatever fruits and other toppings you prefer, thus making your morning deliciously good.

Here’s what you need: 1/2 cup of any milk, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, half a vanilla pod, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (or honey), fruit to your liking.

Using a whisk, mix the milk, syrup/honey, and vanilla in a bowl.

Add the chia seeds and stir. Cut the fruit, add it to the milk mixture, and stir again.

Cover and put in the fridge overnight or for a few hours. Stir the finished pudding and add the toppings.
