'Bridgerton' Season 4: Release Date, Cast & Everything We Know So Far
The next chapter of one of the most popular romantic series in recent years is closer than you think.
The next season of the Netflix hit, Bridgerton, is just around the corner. In 2026, viewers will once again be transported to the luxurious and intriguing world of London high society.
Following the success of the third season, which focused on Colin and Penelope, the show's creators decided to finally tell the long-awaited love story of one of the older brothers.
The fourth season of Bridgerton will focus on Benedict.
What Will 'Bridgerton' Season 4 Be About?

The screenwriters finally correct the "mistake" by placing the second son, Benedict Bridgerton, at the center of the story. Unlike his brothers, Benedict has no desire to start a family – he values his freedom and independence.
However, fate has a surprise in store for him at a masquerade ball hosted by his mother, Lady Violet. There, he meets a mysterious stranger who captivates him from the moment they meet.
The problem is that his chosen one, Sophie, is not an aristocrat but a maid in the household of the Widow Araminta Gun. Thus, viewers will experience not only a lush, romantic story, but also a conflict based on social inequality.
Benedict and Sophie's love will be tested by high society's prejudices. Meanwhile, viewers will be introduced to Araminta Gun's daughters, Rosamund and Posy, who are being groomed for society by their ambitious mother.
Who Is in the Cast of 'Bridgerton' Season 4?

Luke Thompson will play the lead male role of Benedict Bridgerton once again. His love interest, Sophie, will be played by Yerin Ha, a Korean-Australian actress known for her role in Dune: Prophecy.
Newcomers will also join the cast: Katie Leung, who played Cho Chang in the Harry Potter movies, will play Araminta Gun. Michelle Mao and Isabella Wei will play her daughters, Rosamund and Posy.
Fans of the show will be delighted to see some familiar faces. Jonathan Bailey, Simone Ashley, Nicola Coughlan, Luke Newton, Claudia Jessie, Hannah Dodd, Ruth Gemmell, Adjoa Andoh, and Golda Rosheuvel will all be back.
Julie Andrews will once again lend her voice to Lady Whistledown.
When Will 'Bridgerton' Season 4 Be Released on Netflix?
Following the successful strategy of the third season, Netflix will split the fourth season into two parts once again.
The first four episodes of Season 4 of Bridgerton will be available on January 29, 2026, with the final four episodes premiering on February 26.
