When Will 'Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc' Be Released?
Chainsaw Man is an anime adaptation of the manga of the same name by Tatsuki Fujimoto, which has been released since 2018. The first season adapted 38 chapters of the manga, which has a total of over two hundred chapters.

What Will 'Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc' Be About?

The first season of the anime adaptation covered 37 chapters of Tatsuki Fujimoto's manga series. The movie is expected to adapt chapters 40 through 52, where the Reze arc unfolds.
There are three more storylines, but it is not yet known if they will be included in the movie or adapted separately.
Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc will be a direct continuation of the first season of the anime series. Reze is the Bomb hybrid, an ally of the Gun Devil and agent of the USSR. In the manga, she is depicted as a 16- or 17-year-old girl with purple hair and green eyes.
Around her neck is a grenade pin, which she uses to transform. In her demon state, she wears an apron made of dynamite sticks, and fuse cords cover her hands.
Reze initially tries to make Denji fall in love with her so that she can steal his heart. However, she soon realizes that her feelings are genuine, prompting her to change her plans.
Consequently, Denji has two romantic interests, so the movie will depict his difficult choice between Makima and Reze.
Will There Be a Second Season of 'Chainsaw Man'?
Since the plot of the second season formed the basis of a full-length movie, the question arises: will there be a second season?
There is no official answer to this question yet. The studio has not announced a second season yet, but Chainsaw Man is popular enough that a second chapter will likely be released.
Most likely, new episodes will premiere in 2026 or 2027, after Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc release.
