The ruthless brother and the annoying wife will finally be judged by the fans.

From the first scene Chuck appeared on Better Call Saul, it was clear he was no ordinary brother. The elder McGill's reclusive lifestyle and severe electromagnetic hypersensitivity set him apart from the others.

At first, viewers sympathized with his character, but as the show progressed, it became clear that the brilliant lawyer was actually quite a jealous and unfair man. Sure, he got Jimmy out of trouble, but deep down, Chuck hates his brother.

The elder McGill not only tried to teach the future Saul a lesson through some pretty clever schemes, but he deliberately forced him to commit a crime. Chuck believed in the rule of law above all else, and Jimmy broke all boundaries by using illegal methods in his work.

Chuck was one of the founders of HHM, preventing the younger McGill from working for the company, not telling his brother about their mother's last words on her deathbed, and taking him to court to have him disbarred.

Fans believe that Chuck's attitude toward Jimmy turned the sly but kind guy into the despicable Saul Goodman, who lost love and traded it for money and fame in the course of his life's adventure.

Meanwhile, Skyler, the wife of Breaking Bad protagonist Walter White, has been heavily criticized by fans of the series. The woman's storyline revolved around her gradual descent into crime as she became an accomplice in Heisenberg's meth empire.

Skyler threw a lot of roadblocks in Walt's way, ignoring him and then sleeping with the Breaking Bad universe's main buffoon, Ted Beneke.

But comparing the actions of the two characters, Chuck's behavior seems far more obnoxious to his only living relative. The elder McGill spawned a veritable monster who helped the lowlifes, the cartel, and paved a criminal path for the once model family man, Walter White.

Many fans don't understand the hatred for Skyler because she was simply trying to get the truth out of her husband, and Chuck did it all on purpose.
