No baking needed.

There’s no doubt everyone tried that iconic chocolate bar Snickers at least once, but what if you’re a real fan that wants more than just a small piece? Then you’ll definitely want to check out this recipe for a Snickers cake, the ingredients for which can always be found in a nearby grocery store. Another advantage is that it doesn’t even need to test your baking skills and doesn’t take much time to prepare.

For the cake, you’ll need: 270 g of cookies, 200 g of butter, 100 ml of milk, 200 g of dark chocolate and a can of boiled condensed milk.

Break the cookies into crumbs and prepare the ganache in a separate container: mix 50 g of butter, 50 ml of milk and 100 g of chocolate for the dough and melt them in a double boiler. Mix well to avoid lumps. Then, combine the ganache with the cookie crumbs.

For the cream, beat the butter until it’s white and fluffy, then add the boiled condensed milk. Do this little by little and stir constantly. Add the peanuts to the cream.

Now it’s time to assemble the cake, but remember that it should be done in a removable pan. The first layer is the dough, so add 2/3 of the crumbs. Compact the layer, then spread half of the cream on top. Repeat these two layers, cover the cake with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for one hour.

To make the fondant, combine 50 g of butter, 50 ml of milk and 100 g of dark chocolate, melting them in a double boiler. An hour later, pour the fondant over the cake and smooth it out, leave for another 5-6 hours. Done!
