Here’s what you need: 6 slices of toasted bread, 70 g of hard cheese, 2–3 eggs, 2–3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, vegetable oil for frying.
Trim the crusts off each slice of bread and lightly roll it out with a rolling pin to make it thinner.
Place a small stick of cheese along the edge of each slice and roll it up tightly.
