Are you ready for another epic battle with demons?

In the 2010s, manga and anime lovers got what every fan dreams of. Worldwide hits appeared one after another, and their popularity went far beyond the fan community.

The whole world was conquered first by Attack on Titan, then by One Punch Man, My Hero Academia, and The Promised Neverland. But the end of the decade brought a hit of gigantic proportions – Kimetsu no Yaiba or Demon Slayer.

The new anime won millions of hearts around the world in record time and collected dozens of the most prestigious anime awards. And the fourth season of Demon Slayer is much closer than you thought.

Season 4 Official Release Date is Here

Crunchyroll has finally officially confirmed the release date of the new chapter – an adaptation of the fourth arc called To The Hashira Training will be released on May 12th.

What Will Season 4 Be About?

Demon Slayer is coming closer and closer to an end. Next up is the To The Hashira Training arc, the name of which generally gives you an idea of what to expect. This time, Tanjiro and his friends must train under the most powerful warriors among the slayers, many of whom they have already met on their travels.

Season 4 Might Cover Two Arcs at Once

The fourth season was expected to be shorter than usual, ending in about seven episodes. This was also indicated by the release date, which unlike usual falls in the middle of the spring anime season.

However, IMDb lists 11 planned episodes, which is obviously a lot for the only nine chapters that make up the To The Hashira Training arc in the original manga. Some fans are speculating that Ufotable, the studio responsible for bringing the story to the small screen, will do something it has so far avoided – split the arcs.

It is possible that the fourth season will not be limited to the fourth arc, and we will see part of the Infinity Castle – the next arc, which consists of 46 chapters.

By the way, many viewers didn't like the third season; and all we can do now is anticipate and wonder if the new one will improve the situation.
