Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas, 600 ml of milk or plant-based substitute, 150 ml of strong cooled espresso, 4 tablespoons of honey, 3 tablespoons of peanut butter, 250 g of rolled oats, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder for baking, 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
For decoration: 500 g of Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1-2 teaspoons of cocoa powder )for sprinkling).
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Peel the bananas, place them in a large bowl, and mash them with a fork until smooth. Add the milk and cooled espresso, then the honey and peanut butter, and mix well until smooth.
Add the oat flakes, cocoa powder, and baking powder, mix thoroughly. Let the mixture rest for about 15 minutes. Gently coat a baking dish with oil, then pour in the mixture, smooth the surface. Bake the oatmeal for 35-40 minutes, until the surface is firm and lightly browned. Then let it cool completely.
Meanwhile, mix the Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of honey. Spread the yogurt cream evenly over the baked oatmeal. Then sprinkle cocoa powder and let the oats tiramisu cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
