A refreshing, but still sweet dessert option for your warm spring evenings on the terrace.
When the winter is gone, it feels like it’s finally time to get all the variety of fruits from the store and start including those in the food routine. While many prefer eating fruits just like they are, others opt for making fruit salads which can also vary depending on your fruit preferences.
For people with a sweet tooth, there’s also an option of a fruit salad that goes well with chocolate — and it’s extremely easy to make, just try!
Here’s what you need: 120 g of tangerines, 120 g of bananas, 100 g of apples, 70 g of kiwis, 50 g of sour cream, 40 g of chocolate, 40 g of walnuts, 30 g of honey, 25 g of lemon juice.
Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces. Wash the apples and cut them into cubes.
Mix the apples with the bananas and drizzle them with lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown.
Peel the kiwis and slice them into medium-sized pieces.
Separate the peeled mandarins into segments, removing all the membranes and skins.
Combine the sliced apples, bananas, kiwis, and mandarins, then drizzle with sour cream and honey. Mix all the ingredients together.
Place the salad in individual serving bowls, sprinkle with chopped walnuts, and drizzle with melted chocolate. Sprinkle the dessert with grated chocolate.
