Everything We Know About 'Euphoria's Javon Walton Role in 'Umbrella Academy' Season 3
The actor himself remained tight-lipped about his role.
In an ironic nod to 'Euphoria ', Netflix shared the first look at the star of 'Euphoria', Javon Walton, in season 3 of 'Umbrella Academy' – even though we are still not sure who his character is.
We might be sure that Walton's mysterious character is not a part of the alternate version of the Umbrella Academy – the Sparrow Academy – as he was not among the latter's members, judging by the little sneak peek we got to see last month.
Besides, Walton said it himself during an interview with EW in March. He only teased that the 'Umbrella Academy' creators did "an amazing job developing [his] character".
"It is too random for people to be able to leak it, but it's a really lovable character and I can't wait for you all to see," Walton said at the time.
It doesn't also look like knowing the comic book canon is going to help much, given that Emmy Raver-Lampman, who portrays Allison, hinted that season 3 will diverge from the comics' storyline. With that in mind, we might as well suggest that Walton's character is absolutely new and has not been introduced in the comics.
'Umbrella Academy' returns to Netflix on June 22, with our beloved dysfunctional family of super-people having to deal with the alternate versions of themselves after they (again) tried to prevent the world from ending.
