A recent report by Insneider suggests that Anna Sawai, star of Apple TV+ 's Shogun and Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, is being considered for the role of Yoko Ono — the wife of John Lennon.

With skilled direction and committed performance, Sawai, given her previous brilliant gigs, could deliver a compelling portrayal that goes far beyond just appearances.

Sawai has demonstrated her versatility as an actress through her recent roles in projects like Shogun and previous appearances in Fast X and Pachinko.

The casting hasn't been officially confirmed, yet it once again proved just how passionate fans are about this project.
