We’ve got you — this recipe for the most delicious chocolate cupcakes will definitely become your life saver. The dessert turns out tender and soft thanks to the creamy texture inside, so make sure you try serving them next time you have someone coming over.

Ingredients: 125 g of butter, 3 eggs, 60 ml of milk, 200 g of flour, 230 g of sugar (180 g for the dough + 50 g for the cream cheese layer), 3 tbsp of cocoa, 1 tsp of baking powder, 150 g of cottage cheese (or cream cheese).

Beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy. Then add the melted butter and milk, and mix again until smooth.

In a separate bowl, combine the sifted flour, cocoa, and baking powder, then gradually add the liquid mixture and knead into a thick, smooth chocolate dough without lumps.

Separately, prepare the cottage cheese layer: mash the cottage cheese, add the egg and sugar, and mix thoroughly until creamy.

Fill the muffin cups about halfway with the chocolate batter, then top each with a spoonful of the cottage cheese mixture.

Place the cupcakes in an oven preheated to 200°C and bake for about 15–20 minutes until done. After baking, let them cool slightly and serve.
