Here’s what you need: 1 banana, 200 ml of milk or yogurt, 2 tablespoons of rolled oats, honey or maple syrup to taste, cinnamon or cocoa powder (optional).
Cut the banana into pieces and place them in a blender. Add milk, rolled oats, and a little honey for sweetness. Blend everything until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk.
