Here’s what you need: 5 large potatoes, 15–20 cheese crackers, 1 egg, 2–3 tablespoons of flour, 1–2 cloves of garlic, a bunch of herbs, salt and black pepper to taste, oil for frying.
Boil the potatoes until tender, peel them, and mash them with a potato masher. Add the egg, flour, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and chopped herbs, then mix well. Crush the crackers into crumbs.
