These warm spring days do make us feel like we need some kind of new refreshing dessert that will be made of fresh fruits, but will still be just as sweet as the most delicious cakes. Well, the solution is already here — this banana bake is sweet and tender thanks to its main ingredient, so no sugar needed.
Ingredients: 4 bananas, 360 g of cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of flour, a pinch of cinnamon.
Break the bananas into pieces and blend them. Add the eggs and cottage cheese, then blend again until smooth. Add the flour and mix well.
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish, top with slices of the last remaining banana, and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 45–50 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished cake with cinnamon.
