Just one hour of cooking, and your guests will be stunned by this fruity delicious pie.

It often happens that we get ingredients for some sort of meal and then end up with leftovers, storing them in the fridge or freezer without having a clue what to do with those at the moment.

For many, something like this always concerns frozen berries that are waiting to be turned into a delicious dessert. Well, here’s an idea — those berries can become the base for the most delicious and quick home-made pie that you’ll be cooking all the time from now on.

Here’s what you need: 2 eggs, 100 g of sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla sugar, 130 ml of fermented milk, 70 ml of vegetable oil, 230 g of flour, 1 tsp of baking powder, 500 g of frozen berries, 1 tbsp of cornstarch, 1 tsp of cinnamon.

For the crumble topping: 60 g of flour, 40 g of sugar, 40 g of butter.

In a bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt, then add the fermented milk and vegetable oil. Mix well until smooth.

Gradually add the flour and baking powder, and knead into a medium-thick dough. Pour it into the pan and spread evenly.

Arrange the frozen berries on top without defrosting them. To prevent the filling from releasing excess juice, dust the berries with cornstarch, then add cinnamon for flavor.

Prepare the crumble topping: rub the flour, sugar, and cold butter together until it resembles fine crumbs, then spread evenly over the top.

Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 50 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.

Let it cool slightly, remove from the pan, and serve.
