25 minutes, and the Italian classic is already the best part of your dinner.

What makes the Italian cuisine one of the most popular ones in the entire world is that it’s not only extremely delicious, but (in most cases) is also extremely easy to cook at home. Be that pasta or a pizza, the ingredients are usually the simplest you can get from the local store, let alone the fact that these dishes are more than able to make the entire family happy during the dinner.

Italian chicken parmesan isn’t an exception, so consider trying this delicious and saucy dish served with pasta or any other garnish you like.

Here’s what you need: 800 g of chicken breast, 500 g of pureed tomatoes, 1 white onion, 1 clove of garlic, 2 eggs, 100 g of Parmesan cheese, 150 g of mozzarella cheese, 500 g of wheat flour for baking.

Chop the onion and fry it in the bottom of a small saucepan. Add the chopped garlic clove, fry for another minute, and then, as soon as the garlic starts giving off its aroma, pour in the pureed tomatoes. Add salt, pepper, and oregano. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Place the chicken breasts on the table and cut them in half across the width. Beat them lightly, then season with salt and pepper.

Prepare 3 bowls: beat 2 eggs in the first; mix the flour, salt, and pepper in the second; put 70 g of grated Parmesan cheese in the third. Dip the breasts one by one in the eggs, then in the flour, then in the cheese, and fry over high heat for a couple of minutes on each side until golden brown.

Pour half of the sauce into a baking dish. Place the chicken breasts in the dish and pour in the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella and the remaining Parmesan cheese, then bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
