Krysten Ritter was asked if we are going to see her as Jessica Jones again in any upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe projects. Here's what she said.

As Charlie Cox has already gotten back as Daredevil in She-Hulk ( and in Spider-Man: No Way Home not wearing a superhero suit), fans are wondering.

It was also reported that Jon Bernthal will return in his role as The Punisher in Disney Plus TV–show Daredevil: Born Again.

Therefore, fans got curious whether we'll see other Netflix characters such as Luke Cage, Iron Fist and Jessica Jones.

Krysten Ritter, an actress who portrayed Jessica Jones in her own two-season series and in a crossover miniseries The Defenders, shared some information on her future in the MCU.

In the interview with Michael Rosenbaum on his podcast Inside of You, Ritter said that she honestly has no idea whether she'll play Jessica Jones in any near future.

A while back there were rumors that Marvel was trying to get Krysten Ritter back to play Jessica Jones in Echo and Daredevil: Born Again.

The word on the street was that Charlie Cox's Daredevil would probably need her help dealing with Echo. But it looks like that plan might not be happening after all.

It's a shame, because fans were really excited about the possibility of Ritter reprising her role.

Although Krysten Ritter is uncertain whether she will reprise her role as Jessica Jones, she has also stated that she would be eager to do so if given the opportunity.

She noted that she's aware of the character's popularity and she's ready to jump back into the role at a moment's notice.

It was originally reported that Daredevil: Born Again will include 18 episodes which would be enough room for all the forgotten Netflix's characters to appear, especially Jessica Jones.

Now as Krysten Ritter spoke out, it is very unlikely to happen.

Krysten Ritter's performance as Jessica Jones was widely praised by fans, who are hoping to see her return to the Marvel universe.

Daredevil: Born Again is scheduled to premiere on Disney Plus in early 2024, so there is still little hope left to see Jessica again.
