Rumors of the legendary actor's difficult behavior have been circulating for years, but one of his coworkers is ready to share his experience of working with Hardy.

Tom Hardy is many things, but always being friendly and warm is apparently not one of them. Liam James Collins, who was the actor's body double in 2012's The Dark Knight Rises, has something to say about that.

Collins has recently stopped by On a Mission Podcast to talk about his projects, specifically about his work on the set of Nolan's superhero movie.

The A-lister's body double recalled being completely starstruck by the cast. No wonder, considering that his agent really pumped up Collins' hopes prior to filming, telling him that "it's the biggest movie on Earth," without revealing the title.

They had been looking for a body double for Hardy's Bane for six months before they stumbled upon Liam, who turned out to be the perfect candidate – even his physical dimensions were "exactly the same" as Tom's!

Podcast host Ellie McKay then asked Collins about his impression of Hardy behind the cameras, and he called him "really unpredictable" (whatever that means).

Liam expected the actor to be "brilliant, amazing, like, the greatest guy," but in the end, he wasn't even Collins' "favorite person on set." Ouch!

While the body double did "enjoy being around" Hardy, he felt like there were other stars who he liked better than him.

This was what prompted the host to cut to the chase and get the answer to the real question everyone was asking – "Was Tom Hardy a d*ck?"

Collins assured McKay that he wasn't, although he gave off "prickly" vibes from time to time. Come on, everybody has their bad days!

Liam said that sometimes they would have "a really warm conversation" and everything would be good, and then other days the body double would prefer to shut it and "go and talk to Morgan Freeman instead."

Why not? He must be a fascinating conversationalist!

The body double concluded that filming The Dark Knight Rises was "still the best six months ever" because he got to make a great movie alongside his heroes. Aww, we are truly happy for Liam!
