'Jujutsu Kaisen' Season 3 Episode 11: How Does Chimera Shadow Garden Work & Who Are the New Sorcerers?

The eleventh episode of the third season of Jujutsu Kaisen marks the long-awaited conclusion of the battle between Megumi and Reggie Star. It also introduces new characters who will appear in the next episode.
The battle took up most of the episode, but it was worth it – Megumi single-handedly dispatched the ancient sorcerer with his imperfect but deadly technique.
At the end of the episode, The Angel that the heroes had been searching for finally appears. In another colony, Yuta Okkotsu encounters three unusual opponents.

How Does Megumi's Technique, Chimera Shadow Garden, Work?
Megumi can use domain expansion, but his technique is imperfect. He cannot create and close a barrier at will to trap an opponent inside because he has not learned to superimpose his smaller territory onto an existing space.
This means he can't use Chimera Shadow Garden in open areas. This is why Megumi lured Reggie into the sports complex – the confined space allowed him to open his territory.
However, this barrier has a significant drawback – it lacks a direct hit technique, which prevents opponents from dodging attacks. Chimera Shadow Garden merely enhances its user's techniques, amplifying Megumi's abilities by 120%.
Another nuance is that the floor and ceiling of the barrier transition into shadows. Megumi reinforces the space beneath him with energy to prevent himself from falling through and he feels the weight of what's within the shadows on his shoulders.
Reggie guessed this and materialized three cars, which sank into the shadows and attempted to crush Megumi. However, Megumi held his ground and responded with an elephant shikigami attack.
The Appearance of The Angel and the Introduction of the New Sorcerers
After defeating Reggie, Megumi collapses from exhaustion. Suddenly, a light appears above him. This isn't the end for Fushiguro, though, rather, it is the long-awaited appearance of The Angel that Tengen told the characters about.
The Angel is needed to free Satoru Gojo from the Prison Realm.
Meanwhile, in the city of Sendai, Yuta Okkotsu has already encountered his opponents. Ryu Ishigori is a 400-year-old sorcerer with a hairstyle that evokes the JoJo universe. He can unleash vast amounts of cursed energy and attack with powerful beams.
Takako Uro is a sorcerer who is over a thousand years old. She remains naked all the time, rendering certain parts of her body invisible. With her technique, she can control the sky.
Kurourushi is a cockroach sorcerer and a cursed spirit who summons swarms of insects. Yuta will have to deal with all three of them in the next episode.
