Paramount+ already released a new season of the neo-Western series Landman. The show, which follows the adventures of a fixer from a small oil company, was a huge hit on the platform, with nearly 15 million viewers in its first four weeks.

'Landman' Season 2 Release Schedule
Back in the summer of 2025, Paramount+ announced the exact release date for the second season of Landman – Season 2 premiered on November 16, 2025.
Like the first season, the second chapter will consist of 10 episodes. They will be released on Paramount+ every Sunday and each episode will be 55 minutes long.
What Will 'Landman' Season 2 Be About?
In the Season 1 finale, Cami Miller disregarded Tommy Norris' advice and chose not to sell her husband's business. She also decided to run the company herself despite clearly lacking the necessary knowledge and experience.
She has also uncovered evidence of Monty's schemes, which will inevitably lead her into conflict with law enforcement and business rivals.
Tommy Norris, who had unwittingly risen through the ranks at M-Tex Oil by the Season 1 finale, will help Cami survive in the world of oil production.
However, his new position does not bode well for him. Corporate infighting, industrial accidents, and war with bureaucracy and Mexican cartels will all become more prevalent in his life.
Gallino, the sophisticated and cunning head of the crime family, was introduced at the end of the first season and will be a prominent presence in Tommy Norris's life. Gallino needs to legitimize his illegal oil business as quickly as possible and will force Tommy to help him do so.
Norris' family will also be a source of concern. His son, Cooper, will get involved in a risky deal and continue his relationship with Ariana, causing him to run into trouble with the criminal cartel.
Season 2 will also introduce a new character: Tommy Norris' father, played by Oscar nominee Sam Elliott. He is expected to cause quite a bit of trouble for the protagonist.
