Bender is out of control, and that's not even a metaphor.

In a world where the news are becoming more and more like bad science fiction, the one that sounds like a good joke from an old friend has finally arrived. Futurama is back.

For the first time in a long time — not as a cameo, not as a meme, and not as a warm reference, but a full season. Everything is real: Bender, Zoidberg, and the mad professor with another :

"Good news, everyone!”

And this time, the news is really good. Hulu will release the 13th season of Futurama on the night of September 16. And not one episode per week, as is fashionable now, but all 10 episodes at once. That is, fans will have a whole evening in the company of their favorite characters — and not a single burrito will suffer if you watch it all at once.

The first footage has already been released, and it's good old Futurama: softly pixelated, absurdly precise, hilariously philosophical. The show's return is not just a gift to fans, it's a reminder: time can pass, but good jokes live forever.

Especially when they're said by an alcoholic robot with a voice that makes you want your own conscience to sound like.

There's another season to go, maybe more. Because if Futurama has taught us anything, it's that the future is always out there. Especially if it smells like space delivery and slightly burnt tacos.
