Life After 'Friends': What’s Matt LeBlanc Doing Now?

One of the funniest and also sexiest characters on 00s TV flew under radar for the last few years. Where has he been and what’s he up to know? Let’s find out.
If you are a fan of sitcoms, there’s no way you wouldn’t remember the iconic “How you doin'?” phrase, right? Yes, it’s the one Joey Tribbiani from Friends has been using to get girls, and frankly seems like it has magic power because out of all of the guys from the show, Joey was the most successful on the matter.
Matt LeBlanc, the actor who played Joey, became extremely popular when the show aired. He even said multiple times later that he is extremely proud to be first associated with the iconic sitcom and considers 10 years of filming Friends his best ones.
After the show wrapped up in 2004, just like his co-stars, LeBlanc continued acting career, starring in a spin-off about his Friends character, Joey, between 2004 and 2006. Actually, 2006 was also the year LeBlanc divorced his wife, Melissa McKnight, and started dating his Joey co-star Andrea Anders.
After that, he chose to appear on screen in 2011 Episodes, which was more successful and helped him reinvent himself. He followed that up with hosting Top Gear and starring in Man with a Plan, proving he could carry a show on his own shoulders (until it gets cancelled).
Needless to say, LeBlanc was pretty selective when it came to choosing a new project to star in.
However, after the disaster his last show turned out to be, the actor never tried to find another acting project. Instead, he chooses to lead a chill guy life and it sort of seems wise that Matt has chosen happiness over Hollywood hustle.
Matt LeBlanc’s Net Worth in 2025
According to Celebrity Net Worth, Matt LeBlanc’s net worth is $85 Million. Of course most of the money comes from acting gigs, but royalties from Friends alone have been more than great, resulting in $10-20 million earnings per year for each cast member.
