Miss Noah Wyle From 'The Pitt'? Check Out This Heist TV Series With 8.1 on IMDb
The show offers lighthearted, entertaining adventures where the main characters punish the bad guys.
If you recently finished watching the second season of The Pitt and are missing Noah Wyle in the lead role, now's the perfect time to see him in a completely different role in Leverage: Redemption.
It's a sequel to the show Leverage, in which a group of con artists, thieves, and hackers help defrauded individuals fight back against large corporations and corrupt businesspeople.
In the new season, Wyle plays Harry, a lawyer who punishes his boss for selling dangerous drugs by joining a team of professional Robin Hoods.
What Is 'Leverage: Redemption' About?

It has been several years since the group of con artists last assembled. A year ago, Nathan, the founder and head of the company, died, and his wife, Sophie, retired from business. However, the old gang – hacker Alec, thief Parker, and hand-to-hand combat expert Eliot – found Sophie and offered to reconnect.
They planned to rob a major gallery but unexpectedly encountered another thief, lawyer Harry, played by Noah Wyle. Harry is determined to punish his boss, who sold illegal medications to veterans and then fraudulently won lawsuits against them.
'Leverage: Redemption' Is a Perfect Pick for Fans of Noah Wyle
Unfortunately, the series lost its leading man, Timothy Hutton, who declined to return. The other original stars remained, however, and were joined by Noah Wyle and Aleyse Shannon.
Wyle had acted in small projects for many years before his career took off with Leverage. In The Pitt, he delivers a heart-wrenching performance, but here he reveals a different side – his comedic talent.
Shannon transforms into Breanna, the younger sister of hacker Alec, who joins the team as the series progresses. She's even more advanced and brazen than her brother and without her, the new season would have clearly lost a few points.
'Leverage: Redemption' Is a Gripping Procedural That Retains All the Best Qualities of the Original Show

Leverage: Redemption is a procedural in which each new episode introduces a new villain, and the episodes are loosely connected. The team's methods and coordination are always impeccable – their operations resemble a well-choreographed dance.
The project feels like a 2000s series – a faithful continuation of the original with striking shots, cinematography, and editing. It's a lighthearted, silly affair whose sole purpose is to entertain, not overwhelm us intellectually or make us care about the characters.
If you love Ocean's Eleven, White Collar, or are simply looking for a lighthearted and engaging series with charismatic leads, Leverage: Redemption is the perfect choice.
