Be sure to look out for spoilers in case you haven't watched the first season of Apple TV's sci-fi thriller 'Severance' yet.

In case you forgot, 'Severance ' offers a look into the world where biotech corporation Lumon Industries used an eponymous medical procedure to separate its employees' working memories from their regular life personalities.

While season 1 ended on a dramatic cliffhanger that left more questions than answers, naturally, fans want to know more about how it will be resolved.

The first season was revolving mainly around Mark Scout, but the upcoming season, according to the creators, will allow viewers to get a glimpse of other characters' "outies": Dylan, Helly and Irving.

In the season 1 finale, the characters started to explore their mysterious "outside" lives, but the cliffhanger did not allow them (and us) to know more, only posing more questions.

"So we wanted to tell it in that way for season 1, but in season 2, we're going to be showing all of these people on the outside. Similar to Mark, they each had their own reason for getting this procedure, and they're all at some stage of a healing process for one thing or another," the show's creator Dan Erickson revealed in an interview with EW.

Fans could not be more hyped for the next season. The first season was praised as one of the best debuts on TV, with fans even jokingly craving an actual severance before the season 2 is released.

The series was created by Dan Erickson and Ben Stiller. It was renewed for season 2 even before the release of the finale. The show enjoys 98% of positive critics' reviews on Rotten Tomatoes, with them agreeing that it brings "audacious, mysterious, and bringing fresh insight into the perils of corporate drudgery."
