With this recipe, you’ll turn your home dinners into haute-cuisine meals from the best chefs.

While some types of meat are easy to prepare no matter what dish you choose to make, others (like beef) demand a significant amount of time to spend on their cooking, and sometimes even this doesn’t bring the desired result.

However, some have found useful hacks on how to prepare the best beef you can serve with vegetables and any garnish you prefer, topped by the most delicious sauce you’ll want to repeat again and again.

Ingredients: 100 g of beef tenderloin, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of refined vegetable oil, 80 g of zucchini, 1 scallion, 60 g of cherry tomatoes, 1 tsp of liquid honey, 25 g of cognac, 1 tsp of sesame seeds, salt and black pepper to your taste.

Cut the beef into thin medallions, then slice them into thin strips. Slice the zucchini into thin semicircles, fold the green onions in thirds and finely chop them crosswise, cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Then warm up the pan over high heat and add vegetable oil. Add the meat to the hot oil, immediately pour in the cognac, and carefully light it on fire. Cook for about 30 seconds, then pour in the soy sauce and add the zucchini, green onions, tomatoes, and honey. Stir-fry everything together over high heat for about 1 minute, mixing constantly.

Place the cooked meat on a side dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
