When it comes to frying something at home, later you have to face some upsetting consequences like a dirty kitchen covered with oil splashes. However, some have already come up with great hacks that will help you make an easy dinner without having to clean the entire kitchen afterwards.

For instance, such an option can be offered by this Cordon Bleu recipe — what you’ll end up with is crispy kitchen with tender ham and melting cheese inside.

Here’s what you need: 600 g of ground chicken, 150 g of ham, 150 g of cheese, 1 egg, 2–3 tbsp of breadcrumbs, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp of paprika, salt and black pepper to taste, parchment paper for baking.

Mix the minced chicken with the egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, and spices. The mixture should be soft but hold its shape well.

Take a little of the mixture in your palm and shape it into a patty. Place a small cube of cheese and ham in the center, then gently wrap the filling and form a firm, oblong patty.

Wrap each piece in parchment paper like a candy, gently twisting the edges of the paper. Place them in a dry, preheated skillet and fry over medium heat without oil, turning occasionally.

The parchment keeps all the juices inside, which is why cordon bleu turns out very juicy.

In fact, you can fry any kind of cutlet this way; it’s convenient and lower in calories since you don’t use oil.
