Ingredients: 3 eggs, 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 5 tablespoons of flour, salt, sausages, cheese, tomatoes, pickled cucumbers, onion, garlic, ketchup (all to your taste).
Mix the eggs with the mayonnaise, flour, and salt, whisking well.
Heat a nonstick skillet and pour in the batter, spreading it evenly across the surface, then brush the base with ketchup.
Cut the sausage, vegetables, and garlic into small pieces and arrange them on top of the batter randomly, creating an even layer of filling.
Sprinkle generously with grated cheese, cover, and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, until the batter sets and the cheese melts.
