'Now You See Me: Now You Don't' Finale Explained: Who Was the Real Client?
Here is what happened in the third installment of the hit franchise.
The third installment of the Now You See Me franchise, titled Now You See Me: Now You Don't, introduced new characters and changed the rules of the game, setting the stage for the already-confirmed fourth movie.
Let's take a look at how the main trick was executed and what the future holds for the team of illusionists.
What Was 'Now You See Me: Now You Don't' About?
The plot revolved around a confrontation with Veronika Vanderberg, a crime lord who used diamonds to launder money.
The original Four Horsemen – Atlas, Merritt, Henley, and Jack – were joined by three young magicians: Bosco, June, and Charlie. Together, they planned to steal the most precious Vanderberg diamond on behalf of the secret organization The Eye.
However, as the story unfolded, it was revealed that Charlie was the real client, seeking revenge on Vanderberg for his mother's death.
How Did the New Horsemen Pull Off Their Final Trick?

The final trick turned out to be a multilayered illusion. Vandenberg thought she was negotiating with the extortionist in a secret hideout. In reality, however, the entire scene was taking place on a theater stage in front of an audience.
Even the sandstorm in Abu Dhabi was simulated with a device in a truck. The guard with the gun was Bosco, and the driver of the car was Charlie. Public exposure led to Veronika's arrest.
What Is The Eye?
The Eye is an ancient organization comprised of some of the world's finest magicians. Its members use their skills for noble purposes – they rob dishonest and influential people to help innocent victims.
In the first installment of the franchise, the Four Horsemen were tested before joining the organization.
Dylan Rhodes, a former FBI agent, secretly oversaw their activities. At the end of the third installment, he officially invited the expanded team – now the Eight Horsemen – to join the Eye.
What to Wait For in 'Now You See Me 4'?

The fourth movie, which will also be directed by Ruben Fleischer, will continue the story of the united team.
Dylan hinted that they have "a lot of work to do," suggesting that they will target more corrupt elites. We can expect to see more complex stunts and a deeper exploration of the Eye mythology.
The fate of Thaddeus Bradley remains uncertain – his death could be a carefully orchestrated illusion.
A TV series set in the Now You See Me universe is also planned, following young magicians who investigate the murder of their mentor.
